What You’ll Learn
This class will cover three techniques for creating imaginative memory mugs,
which are great to give as gifts or to keep in your own kitchen cupboards.
In this lesson, Paula will show you how to:
- Transfer a drawing onto your ceramic mug
- Create a mini-story with a series of drawings
- Add your favorite colors using a nail polish color wash
What You’ll Need
- Ceramic mugs
- Your sketches or children’s drawings
- Soft lead pencils (Paula prefers 3b)
- Tracing paper
- Porcelain pens in various colors
- Paint brushes
- Palette
- Nail polish in various colors
- Nail polish remover
- Cotton balls
- Skewers
- Scissors
- Rubber gloves
- Sponge
- Water
- Tray for water
- Vinegar
- Rag
